On Friday i.e. on March 22, 2019, the students of Punjab Board 10th class appeared for Maths exam. Students got confused when they saw one question missing on the question paper. On the paper, the candidates did not get the question number 22. In Maths examination, one question was not there in Set C. It was a four mark question. However, the question was printed in the Hindi and Punjab language. But it was not available in the English language question paper. A meeting was held in the office regarding the solution to this problem. After a lot of conversations, they came with the solution to give four grace marks to the students who attempted the Set C of English question paper.
A few days earlier, the students of the 8th class also faced the issued about the question paper. On March 14, 2019, the students were supposed to enrol for the Social Science examination while they got the question paper of Punjabi. Due to the mistake of the printing firm, the students got the wrong question paper and the examination centres then solved this problem by giving the Social Science question paper to the candidates one hour later.
As per the date sheet of PSEB 10th Class, the exams started on March 15, 2019. The last date of the examinations is April 02, 2019. The exams start at 10:00 am and finish at 1:15 pm. The students will be provided for 3 hours to complete the exams. For 12th class, the PSEB board rescheduled the date sheet. The exams started on March 01, 2019. The students will appear for the last examination on April 01, 2019. The date sheet of the senior secondary is available for the streams such as Arts, Science and Commerce.
The Punjab School Education Board was established with the aim of giving the school education at the state level. The board is well known as PSEB. Annually, PSEB conducts the exams at the secondary and the senior secondary level. Apart from this Punjab board also gives distance learning at the state level.
