Important Announcement by PSEB
The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), Mohali, has released the registration dates for the Compartment/Re-appear Exam 2024. Students can access the official website at pseb.ac.in to complete the application process.
Registration Deadline and Late Fee Provision
The last date for online application submission and fee payment is May 25, with the final submission deadline being May 29. Students have the option to register beyond May 25 by paying a late fee of Rs 1,000. The deadline for late registration and fee payment online is June 7, and the last date for submission of application forms at the regional office is June 12.
Fee Structure
For Class 10 students re-appearing in the exam, the fee is Rs 1,150 per subject. An additional subject exam costs Rs 200, making the total fee Rs 1,350 per exam, including a hard copy fee for the certificate. Class 12 students appearing for the compartment exam need to pay Rs 1,750 per exam (Rs 1,500 for compartment and Rs 250 for an additional subject exam), also inclusive of the hard copy fee for the certificate.
Previous Year Results
In the recent Punjab Board results declared on April 30, 2024, the overall pass percentage for Class 10 board exams was 97.24%, while it stood at 93.04% for Class 12 board exams 2024. Ensure you complete your registration on time and best of luck for your exams!
