Council of Higher Secondary Schools Manipur (COHSEM) has announced the Class 12 Result 2024 today. Apart from the official website, the scorecard can be seen on fastresult.in website and mobile app.

To get the original marksheet, students have to visit their respective schools a few days after the declaration of the result 2024. To check board result 2024 online, students are required to have their roll code and roll number.
Manipur Board COHSEM exam was conducted from 21st February to 23rd March 2024 in pen-paper mode.
Manipur Board Class 12th Result 2024 : Overall Pass Percentage & Result Full Statistics
The pass percentage across all streams this year is 97.63%, with Thoubal district being the highest with 99.58 percent, followed by Bishnupur district with 99.19 percent. Ukhrul district recorded the lowest passing percentage (85.95 percent). The passing percentage in 2023 was 88.68.
The overall pass percentage of government higher secondary schools is 95.49 percent while the pass percentage of non-government schools is 98.18 percent. Girls outnumber boys in both government and non-government higher secondary schools.
A total of 31,128 students appeared in the class 12 examination conducted by COHSEM. In the science stream, Malemanganbi Laishram of Comet School, Imphal topped the examination with a total of 493 marks.
In Commerce, Anna Naorem of Kakching Higher Secondary School topped the exam with 447 marks and Thokchom Setyajit of Enlighten Knowledge Higher Secondary School topped the Arts stream with a total of 477 marks.
Officially declaring the results at the COHSEM office in Imphal this afternoon, Director of Education (Schools) Laishram Nandkumar Singh appreciated the efforts of teachers and officials in conducting the examination smoothly.
“This year’s pass percentage is one of the highest in the history of COHSEM,” says Director Nandakumar. The pass percentage in Arts stream was 94.35 percent, Science stream was 98.91 percent and Commerce stream was 93.51 percent.
While congratulating the successful candidates and place holders for their achievements, he also expressed hope for the bright future of the successful students.
On the increase in the passing percentage of students in the state this year compared to previous years, COHSEM President T Ojit Singh admitted that the change in question pattern could be one of the reasons for the increase in the passing percentage.
Officials of COHSEM and Education Department were also present during the declaration of examination results.
COHSEM 12th Result: How to Check Board Result
- Step 1: Visit the fastresult.in website and mobile app
- Step 2: Go to “2024 Result” section and then click on Class 12 Result link
- Step 3: Enter your roll number and roll code in the specified fields
- Step 4: After this, your board class 12 result 2024 will appear on the screen
- Step 5: Download and save the result for future reference
Last year, the result of the board exam was released on May 22, 2023. In 2023, a total of 36,717 students appeared for the examinations which included 18,336. Of the total 36,717 students, there were 24,513 students in the Science stream, followed by 11,391 students in the Arts stream and 813 students in the Commerce stream. The examinations were conducted at 120 examination centres.
In 2022, COHSEM declared class 12 results on 6th June. The overall passing percentage was 90.09 percent. , 28,166 students appeared in the examination and 25,374 students passed the examination. The total number of female candidates was 13,881 and 14,285 were male.
In 2021, the examinations were not conducted due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the results were declared based on alternative evaluation criteria.
