The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) released the date sheet or for ISC and ICSE examination. The time table is not available on the official website – cisce.org. The ICSE or class 10 examinations will begin from February 27, while the ISC Class 12 examinations will commence from February 3.
Last year, the exams for class 10 or ICSE were conducted from February 22 to March 25 and the exams for class or ISC were conducted from February 4 to March 25, 2019.

To pass the ICSE exam, students need to score 33 marks while to clear the ISC exam, students need to have at least 40 per cent marks in each subject as well as aggregate.
From 2019 onwards, the students who are unable to crack the CISCE will get a second chance to pass the examination. CISCE secretary Gerry Arathoon said compartmental exams will be held for ISC candidates having failed in the fourth subject and ICSE candidates in the fifth subject, in the same year, shortly after the publication of the respective board results.
Last year, a total of 98.54 per cent ISCE students passed the exam while in class 12 or ISC exam, pass percentage saw a minor increase of 0.31 per cent. A total of 96.52 per cent students cleared their class 12 exams.
