Applications for Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) compartment exam are going to start today. Students who have got compartment in subjects in CBSE 10th and 12th exams can apply.

The link for application will open from today after which the form can be filled. 15 days have been given for application. The last date for application has been fixed as 15th June. The exam will be conducted in July. No late fee will be charged for applying till this date. Students can apply by visiting the board's official website www.cbse.gov.in.

Let us tell you that CBSE has not yet decided the date of compartment exam for class 12th and 10th. According to the official announcement, students will have to pay Rs 300 per subject while applying for compartment test. Check schedule below.

How to Apply for CBSE Compartment Exam 2024 Registration
Step - 1 Visit the CBSE website cbse.gov.in/cbsenew/cbse.
Step - 2 Click on CBSE Compartment Exam Form 2024.
Step - 3 The CBSE Compartment Exam Application 2024 will be open.
Step - 4 Fill in your details like name, roll number, date of birth, subjects and other details.
Step - 5 Then click on the next page to pay the 'Application Fee'.
This time some changes have been made in the pattern of the exam. According to this, this time three groups are eligible for the supplementary exam. Students who have failed in two subjects in class 10th and those who have failed in one subject in class 12th can apply for the compartmental exam.
Also, those students who were declared passed with the sixth or seventh subject and who had sought to improve their performance can all apply for the compartment exam. In this also, those who have sought to improve their performance with two subjects in class 10th and one subject in class 12th will be eligible.
