Central Board of Secondary Education has declared the CBSE 12th Class Result 2019. A total of 13 lacs students have passed the 12th Class. Total of 16 lacs students has appeared for the examination. Students who have appeared for the examination can check their result through the FastResult website and Mobile Application. The CBSE Board will start the re-valuation process from tomorrow i.e May 3, 2019, onwards.

CBSE published an important announcement on May 2, 2019, detailing the schedule for the CBSE Result 2019 process. The circular contains a timeline for the verification and revaluation process that will begin after the announcement of CBSE 10th and 12th Result 2019. The same timeline and schedule are shared below. Immediately after the announcement of the result, the CBSE board would start the verification and revaluation work. The timeline for the began and end of the revaluation process along with the fees are given in the table below.

This year 79.40% of boys students and 88.7% of girls students have passed the CBSE 12th Board examination. Girls have performed better than boys this year. The overall pass percentage is 83.4%. Hansika Shukla from DPS, Ghaziabad has topped the examination and have scored 499 marks followed by Karishma Arora from SD Public school, Muzzafarnagar has also got 499 marks, Gaurangi Chawla is second with 498 marks from Rishikesh and for the third position, 18 students have scored 498 marks.
Last year the passing percentage in CBSE 12th class board examination was 83.01%. A total of 12,87359 students appeared for 12th Class board examination, out of which 5,38,861 are girls and 7,48,498 boys.

CBSE 12th Class Result Toppers 2019
1st - Hansika Shukla - 499 marks from DPS, Ghaziabad Meerut Road
1st - Karishma Arora - 499 marks from SD Public School Muzzafarnagar
2nd - Gaurangi Chawla - 498 marks from Rishikesh, Uttarakhand
There are 3 students - Gaurangi Chawla, Bhavya and Aishwarya who have scored 498 marks. There are 18 students who have secured 497 marks and are jointly the third position in board topper.
The CBSE results, for the 12th class board examination, have been announced within 28 days of the last date of examination. For over 30,000 combinations of 240 subjects in 10th and 12th class, CBSE had conducted the examination in 34 days. It should be noted that the CBSE Board had taken strict steps this time to curb malpractices and avoid examination paper leak.
Post-Result counselling is expected to start soon. CBSE conducts examination and result counselling, every year, in which teachers address the queries of students and parents.
